Dry cleaning recommended for wool wraps. Do not machine wash or dry. Can hand wash in cold water, do not wring, do not add bleach, use gentle detergent. Line dry and steam iron.

Embroidered bags, caps and wraps are individually hand made and their can be slight variations in color. Slight variations in color should not be considered as defects. They are normal for handmade items.

3-9 day ground shipping through USPS is free. Customer can request priority shipping through USPS which would be $13 extra for one item. Additional charges for additional items. Customer can request fed ex shipping. Fed ex shipping quote will be provided upon request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

I bought this as a gift and the person who received it loved it! Beautiful and delicate craftsmanship while also be warm and cozy. Rayz was very conscientious and informed me right away when the item did not make it to the right destination. I had made a mistake in the address and she was very helpful and quick in putting it back in the mail, even though it was very busy time around the holidays. Would definitely purchase again.
