Why is my order still marked as Pre-Transit?

USPS Flats are batch scanned as opposed to individually scanned therefore it may be possible that your order has passed without scanning. Please allow the 2-7 business days for your order to reach you.

My order has not arrived but the tracking says delivered. Is it lost?

Not necessarily. Since USPS Flats are batch scanned at different stops along transit the last scan at your local post office will update tracking as "Delivered." This is just an assumption that the package will be delivered by end of day. It is most likely still out for delivery and should arrive later that day or within the next mail delivery.

How long will it take my order to ship?

The current shipping time for orders to be made and shipped out is 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends. If you are unclear on your estimated delivery date please message me as I would be more than happy to provide you with that information.

What if I put the wrong shipping address in?

If the address you provided when placing the order is incorrect please message us so that we can correct the information. If the order has already shipped you will be responsible the cost of any replacement items and shipping.
