Do you accept returns?

Yes! (and no). Custom-made and personalized goods are not eligible for return or exchange. Non-personalized, unused, regular production items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of order placement.

When will I receive my order?

Unless otherwise specified, everything in the OCHRE handcrafted lineup is made-to-order just for you - production times vary by product-type and current workload, and the lead times are noted at checkout (these are updated regularly, so if you've had something in your cart for a while, the processing time may have changed). Your order is GUARANTEED to be in the mail by the scheduled ship date, we've never missed a single deadline!

Do you offer a warranty?

Every effort is made to ensure that these goods will endure the test of time. Guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, each product is covered by a lifetime free repair policy. These rugged men's leather belts are made using thick, durable, full-grain harness leather from the Wickett & Craig tannery.
Designed to be at your service for many years, they will take on a wonderful rich character with age. They're fitted with a rugged military-style buckle, using an all hand-stitched construction, and a stylish split keeper in front. For added comfort and durability, all edges are rounded and burnished smooth with a soft wax finish. Available in two widths: 1.25" & 1.5".

---Leather---
Every hide is different, and each one will have its own signature look; range markings, scars, and wrinkles give each piece a unique character. The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected. With regular exposure to dirt and everyday life, the materials will darken and take on a warm patina.

---Optional Trim---
These straps can also be customized with a decorative trim - include any special instructions at check-out. Plain (without trim) is the default.

---Stitch Option---
Stitch options are shown in the example photos - to customize your stitch color, include a note with your instructions at check-out. If specific instructions have not been provided, I'll rely on my best judgement to make your custom piece look great.

---Size---
These belts are measured from buckle to middle-hole, and the end product is adjustable by 4cm in both directions. Generally, your belt size is different from your waist size, usually 2-3 inches larger.
