What does your sizing mean?

The “x-inches” sizing refers to the size of the longest side of the decal. Feel free to message me for exact measurements for any decal!

Due to the customized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns. Please be sure to double check your desired size and color before ordering!

What happens if I gave the wrong address?

If you entered the wrong address for your order, please let us know ASAP! If the item has already shipped and is returned to us as undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for paying a re-shipping fee.

How will my decal be shipped?

All decals with the free standard shipping are sent using USPS letter ground mail with Pitney Bowes tracking!

Why does it look like there are lines on my decal?

What you are seeing is the transfer tape! The tape is gridded, but there are no lines on the actual decal itself. The transfer tape is a thin sheet that covers your decal, allowing you to remove each piece at the same time from the opaque backing and then place it in your desired location. Then the transfer tape is carefully removed. This application process is outlined in our instruction sheet included with every order. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions!

The decal may be removed but we do not recommend re-using.

Orders will come with instruction sheet for application. Instructions: clean surface and allow it to dry, peel decal from backing, align and place decal taking care avoid any creases or bubbles. We recommend waiting a full 48 hours before exposing the decal to water/snow/ice/etc.
