I EXPERTLY package all orders using insulated box liners and shipping cold packs; however I CANNOT be responsible for packages left out in the heat or POSSIBLY melt during “longer transit” times in the hot months or if any packages are mishandled & damaged en route to its destination.


Once shipped Detroit Cakepop and Chocolate shop is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages.
“If” should occur YOU need to keep the package and call the carrier to file a claim with the carrier!!
