Golden, black and white art deco brooch with safety clasp, made of brass and linoleum, a natural and sustainable material. Unlike acrylic, linoleum is a natural and eco friendly material, it feels warmer and smells wonderfully. With influences from the movement of suprematism, Bauhaus and Mondrian, this modern brooch will add a touch of elegance to the simplest top. Pin it on your blazers for some color to your office outfit, on your coats and dresses or to fix a scarf.

Jewellery is not indestructible! If you avoid wearing it while bathing, sweating and using cosmetics such as perfumes and lotions, your piece of jewellery will stay bright and shiny for much, much longer! I highly recommend storing all of your jewellery in an air tight sealed bag to prevent oxidization. The raw brass pieces have been polished and waxed and unless exposed to humidity, they will keep their original colour and shine for a long time! Depending on the physical contact/wear, brass does tend to tarnish as the wax eventually wears off, which in my opinion only makes the piece more interesting but if you don't like it, you can easily clean it at home.

Sterling silver has a natural shine and beautiful color but if exposed to water, sweat or cosmetics, it will tarnish fast. A gentle rub with a silver polishing cloth every now and then will keep it shiny and good as new!

All my brass jewellery have been polished and sealed and unless exposed to humidity, they will keep their original colour and shine for a really long time!

All items come packaged, beautifully presented and ready to be gifted. If you order two or more items, these will be placed together in one box where possible to avoid unnecessary waste. However if you need them boxed individually, please leave me a note at checkout and I will do so, at no extra cost.

All boxes and wrapping material are 100% recyclable so if you decide not to keep them, please recycle!
