About shipping and packaging

We do ship world wide, shipping costs are based on weight and size of the item. Tracking number is always provided and your order will be well prepared for safe shipment. In order to protect the environment and decrease of shipping costs, we usually use recycled & reusable packaging 😀 Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the payment has been received. Our items are antique / vintage, therefore please check pictures carefully before purchase. Thank you for stopping by! Did you receive damaged package?

If your item has arrived damaged, let us know immediately, send photos of all packaging and it's contents within 24 hours of delivery. As all our packages are insured, refund process should be handled by the postal rules. We will start the refund claim process from our end at once. All packaging + damaged contents must be keep & taken to your local post office for inspection within 15 days of receiving the package. They should make a Damaged Shipment Record which confirms that the inspection has been done and please - send that document to us (attached to message). Only with that document we will be able to make a full refund! Thank you for undestanding!

Why tracking progress can not be seen?

Sometimes happen, that the shipment does not show accurate tracking, which means that postal workers are not scanning package accurately, but the shipment is still on its way. If the shipment does not reach the customer within 2 months, we are only then allowed to make an official inquiry for the shipment. Only after obtaining an official confirmation of a lost shipment, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your purchase price. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Customs duties & Taxes

Please be aware that any CUSTOMS DUTIES and TAXES are the BUYERS responsibility. Check your country's import & customs rules before purchasing. If the buyer does not pick up the shipment on time and the shipment is returned to us, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made only after package arrived back to us and after deducting any return postage costs which might appear.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that you contact us before returning the item. Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as the seller is not responsible if a customer changes their mind after the order has been delivered. Lovely ankle boots, made of brown suede leather & orange tone vegan leather, somehow platform.
Very comfortable.
Mid high heel and nicely rounded toes.
Front lace-up design and decorative stitches.
Fabric lining.
Good, just slightly worn vintage condition with really light wear, as they were worn no more than twice.
Cleaned, treated with leather conditioner and ready to enjoy again :)
