Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 2nd class mail for small parcels, and we will send parcel this way by default. You can upgrade at the checkout to 1st Class.

International orders are sent by standard post unless you upgrade at the checkout - if you would like to be able to track your parcel please upgrade as necessary.

Once we have posted your item, we will not have tracking unless you have paid for it on your order. We will answer any questions and help as much as we can if you have any concerns.
Any refunds or replacements can only be sent or processed after the delivery company have confirmed it to be lost. This is so we are able to claim back the cost of the lost parcel from Royal Mail.
We are only a small business so need to follow this.
UK - 15 working days from posting
Europe - 25 working days from posting
Rest of the world - 45 working days from posting.
We know you will be excited to receive your parcel, but please be patient especially around busy periods.
You need to let us know within 3 months of posting if it did not arrive.

All our orders are sent in cardboard boxes (unless it is thin enough to fit in an envelope (samples and sample boards for example).
We do not offer gift wrapping - however we can add a gift message in your parcel.
We use tissue paper, and include one of our thank you cards.
We use tape on the box to ensure it is secure during posting.
(Tape Recyclable - depending on facilities in your local area)

Some tapes are wrapped in plastic direct from the maufacturer, we are not unfotunately able to change this at present. However some rolls come unwrapped. If you would like to know which roll's come without plastic then please ask and we will be happy to tell you.

Mystery boxes are not wrapped or sent separately unless requested.
