Do you delivery outside of Australia?

Certainly, we offer worldwide delivery to more than 200 countries, such as the USA, Canada, the Middle East, Asia, South America, and various European countries. Our standard shipping fee is a fixed price of $15 and the shipping duration ranges from 4 to 15 business days. Additionally, we provide free shipping to customers within the USA.

How fast do you ship the items out?

Orders for costumes are typically sent out within 7 business days after confirmation of your order. If any items in your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you by messenger or email to offer an alternative solution or a refund. Your order will be dispatched from either our Melbourne office in Australia or our overseas workshop. For pole shoes, orders are usually dispatched directly from our overseas warehouse within 5 days. This method reduces delivery time by half when shipping to the US and Europe.

Do you offer refunds?

If you wish to return an item purchased from Dance Mistress, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. However, if 14 days have passed since the delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in its original condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the return postage fees. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as Dance Mistress will not be held liable for any lost parcels during transit.

Our costumes are adorned with diamantes. Some are crafted from delicate materials such as lace, or sheer mesh material. To ensure their longevity, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water. Please be aware that the majority of the diamantes are attached with glue, so it is normal for a few to come loose from the costume during dance on apparatus.

Custom and personalised orders

Aside from our existing product lines, we also provide the option of semi-custom orders for our designs. This allows you to choose a different color, material, size or variation from our standard offerings, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. To discuss your specific requirements prior to placing an order, please reach out to us. Please note that a turnaround time of 4 weeks is necessary. While we provide an estimated shipping time, we cannot be held accountable for any delays that may occur during the shipping process.
