Never got it. I was pretty disappointed. I did get a full refund but I got a notification from esty that the mug shipped the day it was supposed to arrive and then after that it was impossible to get any information from the seller or from UPS on where the package may be. All the seller said was "I'm sorry I'm not sure what's going on let me see what I could do and I'll get back to you" and then I didn't hear from them again. A few weeks after that when still no word from UPS or the seller I asked for a refund and I got it a couple days later. Glad I got my money back but really upset I never even got to see the finished product.
