The Product

What we need from you

After you have ordered the products, please send us your desired print (image, text, slogan etc) via Etsy messages and we will get back to you with a digital proof for you to verify the item will be printed to your specification. Once approved, we will get it printed up and posted out as soon as possible. We are unable to provide graphic design services but if you just want text then this can be sorted out for you, any problems we can help you out so please get in touch.

Please note

Artwork will be printed as supplied, and even with our cutting edge equipment we can only print as good as the supplied artwork is. For best results please ensure you send us a 300 dpi PNG, JPEG or PDF file format and note that colours may change slightly when printed. If there looks like there will be a problem with the print file supplied then we will let you know at the proofing stage.

Production Time

Once you have accepted our proof we will make sure that the item is shipped out within 3 - 5 working days. We use Royal Mail for all orders.

The item arrived later than expected and although I messaged the seller with a design there was zero communication and I didn’t really know what I was expecting to arrive. It came with just plain black text, no colour or design which is fine but should have been advised. The bag is fine and the text is clear
