What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your item ARRIVES damaged please message me immediately! Damaged items can be exchanged by providing information and a messaged/emailed photo of the damage to me within FIVE DAYS of item arrival, and I will happily ship you a new item in return at no additional charges. Damage that incurs AFTER arrival is the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately I can not be responsible for replacing items that have arrived to you in intact condition.

How are orders shipped & packaged?

Unless pre-arranged, orders will ship to the address listed on your Etsy account. Please double-check that your address is correct before purchase! Smaller prints (12x18 size & smaller) ship via United States Postal Service. Large prints ship via UPS or FedEx. All orders come with tracking information. Small prints ship from my studio, large prints and canvases ship directly from my professional lab.

Can you gift wrap my purchase?

Yes! I can gift wrap an order for a photograph sized 12x18 and smaller. If you would like your order gift wrapped for FREE (yay!) please just let me know in the "message to seller" box at checkout. Also include any message you would like on a gift note.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Decide what you purchased just doesn't fit your decor? That's ok - I'll accept an EXCHANGE (on prints 11x14 size and smaller) for shop credit for a similar-sized or priced print. All exchanges must be be arranged within 5 DAYS of receiving your item and shipped back undamaged and with all original packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying return and exchange shipment costs and for the shipment of any new items. Please message me BEFORE returning your photograph! Exchange arrangements made MORE THAN 7 days after initial arrival to you are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No exchanges will be offered after 30 days of item's delivery.

ABOUT: On an early summer afternoon I drove along Cape Cod, where I parked my car and found this beautiful path. Wind down this little path and you'll find yourself on a pristine Cape Cod beach, just waiting for you to sink your toes into the sand! "Welcome to the Beach" is a beach photograph that was shot in late afternoon afternoon which created beautiful and bold shadows along the pristine sand.
