All names are laser cut from high quality Baltic birch. Painted options will be painted only on the front side. Raw or natural will not be painted, but the backs will not be finished like the font.

Sizing - approximately 3"-6" long x 1.5-2" high and 1/8" thick - dimensions are dependent on the length of each name. Other sizes available on request as a custom order.

HOW TO ORDER:
-Choose your wood finish from the first drop down menu
-Choose how many pieces you need (these are in increments of 10)
-Leave the bottom quantity box at 1
-Include your desired font and event date in the personalization box
**In the note to seller box at checkout, please provide me with your names/words for your order

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
-I will design each name EXACTLY how you’ve typed it out. For example, If you’d like the name Ashley capitalized, please provide “Ashley” in the notes, NOT “ashley”.

-I don’t do first and last names as one piece. If you need to differentiate between two people with the same name, I am able to do the first letter of their last name. For example “AshleyD” and “AshleyP”.

-If you need a first/last name as one piece, please contact me ahead of time, as this will be longer than the standard size and may need to be considered 2 pieces.

Due to the custom nature of the item I do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. I ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. I only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. I will always do my best to accommodate your requests!

At times, shipping carriers experience delays, whether than be Usps, Fedex or UPS. We can't guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even when the tracking provides an estimated arrival date. If you've purchased from me, rest assured that your item will be shipped, I am in no position to guarantee the delivery timeline. I cannot cancel or refund shipments that do not arrive on time. If it does not arrive on time, please contact me AND the shipping carrier. I try my best to work with you, but I cannot control a shipping delay. Please understand, NO returns/refunds are accepted for shipping delays.

There are no refunds since every item is custom.
If an item breaks in shipment, any damage must be reported to my shop within 48 hours of the package arriving. Please provide photos of the damaged item and the package it was delivered in. I will either replace the item, or you can contact usps/fed ex for a refund. If you opt to open a claim with the shipping carrier, you MUST keep the shipping materials in order to prove that it was damaged.

Wren and Olive Laser Co is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen - all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once I hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with
your local police department.

The only issue I had was when it came to shipping which, in a time crunch, was very stressful. Essentially the post office believed the label the seller had put on the package was fraudulent when it was in fact not. The USPS notifications were delayed or non existent from there.
