The product labels can be directly attached to your hand made item as a permanent reminder of its origin or included in your shipping contents.

This item is for 1" x 2.25" rectangular product tags having attachment holes near each corner. The holes will accommodate thread.

If you do not like the default font combination shown in the first picture, then choose a font from the Font Option chart and include in the personalization box.

The product tag approximate dimensions are:
