***IMPORTANT: READ TO THE END BEFORE PURCHASING!***

♥About us: Hello! We're KYMORY with our exclusive line of realistic animal ears and tails from Argentina. Here you'll find exclusive, personalized content to use however you want and have fun!

♥How to order and how long it takes: Each order takes a while to process (2-4 weeks), however I have some ears in stock, so don't hesitate to ask. Since we also work with 3D prints, you can make things with horns, added objects (like the Piercing heart, etc.), or artificial flowers. Send us a drawing of what you'd like and we'll do our best!

♥How to pay: Payment is made via Etsy Payments through Etsy. You will be notified once it has been credited.

♥Shipping: ALL shipments are made using a private courier service that works with FedEx. This service takes 4 to 10 days to reach the destination country.

♥IMPORTANT: Shipping costs are covered within the cost of the product itself. However, please note that the shipping costs are listed as remote areas, or some countries may have additional interest. In this case, you will be notified by message and can change the shipping address or you will have to pay the excess amount + taxes through PayPal.

♥Cancellations: Remember that each product is handmade, takes time to prepare, and many are exclusive to you. You have 3 days after purchasing the product to cancel it. Otherwise, we will not issue any refunds, as we invest our own time and materials into preparing it. So please be sure to place your order carefully, as mid-process cancellations will hurt us and other buyers. Please be responsible and respectful! If you have any questions, please feel free to message me!

♥ Thank you and welcome!
