MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Production typically takes 2-4 business days from the date of proof approval. Packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Destination will determine transit time. During the holidays, production times will be extended to 7+ business days.

Paper products (invitations, stationery, etc) are printed and shipped directly to you from my printer in Alabama. Gift items (mugs, tote bags, etc) are printed and shipped to you from my vendor in Arizona. Greeting cards, stickers, and laser engraved products are made and shipped by me from Greenville, NC.

Due to the nature of the custom, made-to-order products in my shop, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me so we can come up with a solution. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery to have a replacement item shipped. Photo proof of damage is required for refunds and/or replacements.

If your package says delivered but you haven't received it yet, please check with your neighbors and local post office. We are unable to refund orders that are marked "delivered" by the mail carrier. We are unable to refund orders that are lost due to an incorrect address used at checkout. You will need to file a claim with USPS if your item is lost or misdelivered. This was a bit bigger than I expected but I erred on the side of caution. It was a gift for my mother who doesn’t really wear t-shirts. I thought she could wear it over something. The embroidery was perfect and she proudly wore it to vote even though it was too big on her. Thank you! The response to my question about shipping was prompt and it got there early!!
