Crochet toys are completely customizable. Any item can be custom made in any size, yarn or color combination. Just contact me with your requests.

I recommend hand washing care for crochet toys. But also you can wash toys in the washing machine, using a delicate washing mode at 30 degrees and spin at low speed. Dry toys in the unfolded form

Gift wrapping and packaging

All products are well packed before shipping. You can also optionally chooce the gift wrapping option and add a text with wishes for the recipient.

Shipping / Express delivery / Track number / Where my parcel

All parcels are shipped via National post "Ukrposhta" with a track number. Express delivery is also possible (if it needs, this option is always discussed further with the buyer). After the shipping, the buyer receives the track number on the e-mail. Please make sure that your Etsy adress is correct during the checkout.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. IMPORTANT Refunds are not carried out if the product was in use or there are traces of use on it.
