All of our products are 3D printed. They should not be left in extremely hot areas where they may warp and melt, like in a hot car or near a hot stove burner. Our products can be hand washed with a sponge and mild dish soap, do not use abrasive pads. Our products are NOT dishwasher safe.

Custom and personalized orders

We are willing to consider any custom order that is requested, but we are limited by the size and ability of our printers. We will discuss the order and give you a quote before you make a payment. Just message us and ask! Please remember that the designing and printing process can take a lot of time so please be patient with us when you make a custom order. Depending on the object you order, it may take more or less time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We will gift wrap your order according to the holiday you are celebrating, including but not limited to birthdays, Christmas, Hanukkah, Easter, New Year's, etc. We will tie a nice ribbon on the outside as well. Message us if you want something special and we will see what we can do!

Do I get my original shipping refunded if I make a return?

No, you do not get the money back for the initial shipment. You only get refunded for the original item cost.

Returns for orders that qualified for free shipping

Refunds requested on orders that had free shipping will have the initial shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Returning a Scale Item I Thought Was 1:1 Scale.

Starting January 2022 we will not refund orders for the reason of "I thought this was a full size (1:1) item". We provide very clear measurements and descriptions for what you're buying and that we design, make, and sell 3D & 2D Printed Items.
