After years of going through countless pieces of fashion jewellery that started to rust or make my skin itch after a few weeks, I decided to make my own simple skin-friendly jewellery for myself. Made with the highest quality materials for affordable fine jewellery that can be kept for years to come.


Gold-filled is a much more durable material than gold plated, the process of creation is different and results in an outer layer of gold that is approximately 100x thicker than conventional gold plating. Making it an affordable alternative to solid gold for long-wearing jewellery. Gold plated jewellery tarnishes, discolours and rusts easily because the outer layer of gold, coating the base metal, is thin. A scratch or wearing of the gold exposes the base metal. Pure gold or solid gold will never rust or tarnish. Gold-filled jewellery is anti-tarnish and rust with regular everyday wear and is much more durable, making it an excellent affordable alternative for long-wearing jewellery.
