I have bought this item a couple of years before for my mom for Christmas. Unfortunately, one of the gems of her old ring fell off so I ordered a new one for her for Mother’s Day. Just received the rose gold band with sapphire gems on the outside and aquamarine in the middle a couple of days ago and the quality seems to have improved since then. Such a lovely gift and I cannot wait to give it out my mom!
