This listing is for when you would like to entirely change or create your own personalized quote/message inside the locket. In the box marked "Add your personalization" please include the full quote that you would like engraved. Please keep your custom quote between 10-16 words maximum. Please list the exact message that you would like in your locket. Double check for spelling and punctuation errors. I will engrave exactly what you have requested. A proof will be sent to you prior to engraving, please check your messages. Contact me prior to ordering if you have more than 16 words, so I can verify if the custom text will fit in your locket design.

With custom pieces, often there are several messages exchanged. If I am not receiving communication back from you, I will have to cancel and refund the order. I am only available to communicate through Etsy's convo system. If there are questions on your order, I will contact you through that system. I am obligated to follow the time frames I have outlined in my shop and unfortunately if I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will have to cancel the transaction.
