All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Prior to sending the package back, contact us for information how to ship the item back.

Once we have received and accepted your return, we will issue a refund of the cost of the item(s) excluding the cost of the shipping fee for sending your order.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Mair Berlin cannot assume any responsibility for any item not returned in the manner described. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

All the orders will be shipped to the SHIPPING ADDRESS supplied through your Etsy order.

Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. Mair Berlin is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address if the buyer supplied it.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.
Please allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri- excluding holidays) for your order to ship. Remember that the order will ship only when the payment has cleared.

✨ Domestic shipping via Deutsche Post

✨ We ship worldwide via German Mail (Deutsche Post), a very reliable highly reputed carrier. We also offer express shipping, you can upgrade to that option in the cart. Shipments usually take around 10 days to U.S. destinations, 7 days within Europe and up to 2 weeks for any other international address.
Unfortunately, every once in a while, arbitrary customs inspections will delay the arrival of an order (and , incidentally, the progress of tracking). Also very regrettably, rarely loss or theft does happen on the way...So, if your order is taking much longer than usual, please contact us! In case of non-arrival, we will of course sort things out for you (i.e. resend the order, or refund it, if and when a total loss can be established by the shipping company).

Note: Weather, Customs and other factors may delay the shipping up to 6 weeks.

The timings are given as an estimation.
Any delay at the destination countries are beyond our control.
