I live in the US, how long do I have to wait to get my order?

We're located in Phoenix, AZ so most orders will get delivered within 3-5 days of purchase. All orders will be shipped out next business day. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please contact us if you have questions about which shipping method you should select.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, we only charge one flat rate shipping fee of $3.50 per order for all US domestic purchases. That means you can buy as many items as you want and there will not be any additional shipping fees. In addition, free standard shipping is always available for all orders over $35!

I live in the UK or EU, do I have to pay additional VAT on my order?

Yes, there is a possibility that HMRC will charge an additional handling fee of £8 + VAT charges for all orders over £15. Please note this a charge levied by Border Force and not part of the shipping charges you paid to transport the item from the US to those locations.
