Gift wrapping and packaging

I don’t currently offer gift wrapping. Orders are produced and shipped by my production partners, so I don’t personally package them before they head your way.

What happens if my item is returned to sender?

If an item is returned to me due to an address issue or anything of the like, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the item to be shipped again. Refunds will not be given for incorrect addresses and return packages.

Can I get this design on a different item?

Probably! If you see a design you love but want it on a different shirt style, size, color, or product, send me a message and I’ll see what I can do.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please message me with a photo of the item and packaging. If something went wrong in production or shipping, I’ll help get it sorted out.

♡ ABOUT THE TEE

• BELLA+CANVAS 3001 Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tee
• Classic unisex fit
• Lightweight 4.2 oz fabric
• Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton
• Side-seamed construction
• Shoulder taping
• Fabric composition may vary by color
• Professionally printed to order

♡ SIZING + FIT

This is a unisex shirt with a classic fit.

Please refer to the size chart in the listing photos before ordering. Garment measurements are provided so you can compare them with a shirt you already own and love.

For the most accurate comparison, lay your favorite tee flat and measure across the chest and from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Want a more oversized look? Consider sizing up from your usual size.

♡ CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To help keep your print looking its best:

• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Do not use fabric softener
• Avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly over the design
• Do not dry clean

♡ MADE TO ORDER

Every Mama Awkward item is made to order just for you. Once your order is submitted, it is sent directly to our professional print provider for production.

Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. Please double-check your size, color and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Your finished item ships directly from the print provider to you. Because production and carrier transit times are outside of my direct control, I am unable to expedite an order once it has entered production.

♡ SHIPPING

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mama Awkward cannot control carrier delays, lost packages or package theft after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If there is an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out so I can help.

♡ PLEASE NOTE

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, garment color and the printing process.

Because each item is made specifically for your order, please review the listing photos, size chart and product information carefully before purchasing.

Thank you for shopping small and supporting Mama Awkward. ♡
