Printable Breathing Exercises, Yoga Cards, Mindful Activities - Eng and PT

These cards were designed during my Yoga for Kids Instructor training.
During the training, I fell in love with every single person that was there with me. They were so passionate and positive that they were able to change me and make me see the world from a whole new perspective. To thank them, I created this deck. Every card is one of them, and they choose their favorite breathing exercises to put on each card.

I hope your kids enjoy the cards!

The cards have an illustration on the front and the instructions of the exercise on the back.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and that the image is published here in medium resolution only, but be assured that your printed image will be beautifully crisp, as indicated in the photos.

SAMPLE OF CARD INSTRUCTIONS

HOBERMAN SPHERE BREATH

Sit in an easy pose with the Hoberman sphere in front of you.

Inhale and expand the sphere, exhale and push the sphere back in - this mirrors what should be happening to their belly.

Repeat and relax.

(You can find a partner and sync up the rhythm of your breath while both of you expand and push the sphere.)
