Caring for your candles is EXTREMELY important. Here's what you need to know... 1. Always trim your wick to be 1/4" to get the safest and best burn 2. Never burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time 3. Never leave a candle unattended 4. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, vibrations, or anything that can catch on fire 5. Frosting on soy candles is 100% normal 6. Once the wax is 1/4" from the bottom of the container it's time to buy a new candle! 7. If your flame is too high, blow it out! 8. Allow your candle to melt completely to the sides to avoid tunneling

Are your candles natural and safe? What is your most popular scent? Can you recommend a scent for me?

We take the utmost care to make our candles as safe as possible. This means we use American grown all-natural soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. Our most popular scent is currently Linen & Eucalyptus closely followed by Lavender & Bergamot. We are always happy to recommend a scent based on your preferences. Just message us for help!

What are the burn times for your candles?

Our large 10.5oz candles have a burn time of up to 55 hours. Our 4 oz tins have a burn time of up to 20 hours. Our 2 oz tins will burn 5-10 hours or 1-3 uses. Your candles will last longer if you trim the wicks to a 1/4" after every burn and allow the candle to reach a full melt pool every burn. Candles should only be burned for a max of 4 hours to optimize burn time.

How many candles come in an order? Can I get a discount if I order in bulk? Can I get a sample?

We sell our candles individually, so you can add as many as you'd like to your order. The price advertised is the price of one candle. We price our products with bulk ordering in mind, so you'll get the best price we offer whether you order 1 candle or 100 candles. Need a sample? Feel free to order a single candle to test out a specific scent or size.

Can I see the label before you print it/what happens if I don't respond?

If you purchased a bulk personalized order, we will be in touch with a proof of the label for you to review within 48 hours of purchase. You will have the opportunity to request changes at this time. If we do not hear back from you within these 48 hours, we will proceed with the order based on the personalization request. If you request a revision after the labels are printed, there is a $5 reprint fee. If you made a mistake in your personalization request and need new labels after your order has already shipped, we are happy to send new labels to you for $10. This policy applies to orders of our bulk candles only.

My order was marked as delivered, but didn't arrive. What can you do?

From time to time, carriers will mark packages as delivered accidentally. In most cases the package will show up within 48 hours (excluding Sunday and federal holidays). The best thing to do is check your mailbox (small boxes are sometimes shoved inside), check with your neighbors, and wait until 48 hours have passed. While you wait, we suggest opening a case with USPS by going online or calling 1-800-ASK-USPS. They will be able to pinpoint the exact GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered. If your order shipped with UPS or FedEx, you will want to reach out to them directly as well. We are always here to help you through the process!

Can I get my order by a specific date?

We are always happy to accommodate rush orders when possible. Please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery dates as carrier delays are out of our control. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we are happy to explore rush shipping options with you. Orders that need to ship earlier than our standard 3-6 day processing time may be subject to a rush processing fee of $10. An order is not considered late until it is 7 days past the estimated delivery date estimated by Etsy.

I don't like the scent or size I ordered. Can I return the order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We are happy to offer new products at a discount. Please message us for assistance.
