I'm trying to purchase a digital file - why am I being charged shipping?

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

I'd recommend placing your order and sending through the final details at least 3 weeks before it needs to arrive. That will be enough time to make any changes needed and have it delivered in time. Once I've finished the purchase, how should I send you the details?

You can either send me a message on Etsy with all your table names, guest names, colour preference etc, or if easier, e-mail them through to emily@paperadventureco.com. Please make sure to include guest names as you want them to appear (i.e. no bullet points, numbers etc) and include the tables in the order you would like them to appear on the seating plan.

My table names have arrived but my seating plan hasn't?

Table names and place names are sent out separately to table plans. If one has arrived and the other hasn't - don't worry, it is probably on the way! You'll receive an e-mail from DPD with the delivery information for the seating plans the day before they are due to arrive.

Can you do gin bottles that aren't already on the list?

You can see the full list of gin bottles I have available in the description on the listing. I can certainly get new bottles created that aren't already on the list. New illustrations are £25.00 each and can be purchased through the table name cards listing: www.etsy.com/uk/listing/763859831 Please allow a few weeks for each new bottle to be created.

Do you do table names in different sizes?

The printed table names are available as A5 or A6 size. If you need a different size, I offer a digital-only option and can resize this to any size you need if you are able to print them yourself.

Can I edit the digital files myself?

The digital files are sent as a PDF and the files themselves aren't editable. However, I will get them created and sent over to you for you to check you're happy with how they are looking and make any changes needed.

How long do the digital files take?

I can usually provide the digital files within a few days of receiving the order and final information

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing the order. Due to the customised nature of products, I am not able to offer a refund once an item has been printed. Postage can be cancelled and refunded if you choose not to have the items delivered to you. Unfortunately I am not able to offer refunds on items that have been lost/delayed/damaged in transit. If this is the case, you will need to contact the deliverer for compensation. I will provide the tracking information when the item has been dispatched so that you can keep track of where it is.
