---> Attention: Please understand these are live plants that include dirt, and every plant is different.
Even though we lovingly package them with crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a plastic bag,
there may be some dirt that comes out of the pot and on the plant, either during shipment or when the receiver opens it up.
Please just gently rinse the plant under water to remove the excess dirt from the leaves, and dump the loose dirt back into the pot.
This is not always the case, but sometimes, depending on the plant, the roots, etc. it can happen.
A little spilled dirt is not a reason for a return, refund or replacement plant.
---> Unfortunately I cannot 'hold' your order for a future date. Requests for such will be refunded with a note to please purchase closer to the need by date. Thank you for your understanding.

Optional Add Ons:

Wish bracelet:
Simple tie bracelets are fun, easy and affordable. The simplicity is part of the charm. You are meant to make as wish as you tie it on. Once it falls off, your wish is believed to come true.
This is another reason the charm and string are simple: You must lose something of value (Your Bracelet) to gain something of value. (Your Wish)

Close your eyes, make a wish and tie the bracelet on your wrist.
Your bracelet will fall one day, and with that it's believed your wish will be on its way.

Bath Bomb: approximately 2oz bath bomb, scent and color will vary.
Soap Bar: approximately 2oz soap bar, handmade with goats-milk base for luxurious feel. Scent will vary.
Double Circle Necklace, choice of Gold, Silver or Rose Gold

-->Please note, I cannot 'send a photo' of the item being sent to the recipient.

Important Notes:
Write any note you would like included on the card in the 'Personalization Box'.
Make sure to 'Sign' your name at the bottom of that Note.
I do not offer 'proofs' of the message. It is simply copy/pasted onto a notecard as shown in one of the example photos.
You can proofread your message before you purchase,
and then see the final printing on the receipt emailed to you immediately upon purchase. Thank you

Attention Plant warranty policy:
Tracking is provided and item must be removed from mailbox and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
Any problems with the plant must be reported within 48 hours of the marked delivery time by the USPS.
You must message me on etsy with the exact nature of the problem and a photo within this timeframe.
This will then be reviewed and I will contact your back asap regarding if it warrants a replacement.

Stolen/Missing package
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered, items must be removed within 24 hours or less from the mailbox.
If the order is scanned as delivered to the address provided during checkout, first make sure you input the correct address on your receipt.
Next, contact the delivering post office immediately and speak with a supervisor who needs to check the GPS location of where it was delivered so they can locate it for you.
Possibly ask close neighbors if they received if feasible. Lastly, unfortunately, package theft is not covered by Shipping Insurance (which is only available with the priority mail upgrade) and we cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders
at our expense that were made, shipped and scanned as delivered to the requested 'ship to' address.
