Herringbone chain can easily kink and bent links. Do not hang additional charms or pendants from the chain. *Some of small items are very delicate. Please handle with love and care. DO NOT push hard or put pressure. * Hollow chains are less expensive, but there is a potential problem with them: These chains are easy to break or dent, and if that happens, they are nearly impossible to repair.

The best way to find out your size is to measure your earlobe from your piercing hole to edge of your earlobe and compare with the inner diameter of the hoop. For example, 9mm’s inner diameter is 6mm, so if your lobe is 7mm you would need bigger hoop such as 10mm. More details are available in the description as well:) Thanks so much and please let us know if you have any questions!

How can I process a return?
