Custom and personalized orders

-Custom colors: Yes! Check our "Upgrades & Add-ons" category for our custom color upgrade listing! Tell us what you're thinking in the order notes or a message and we'll do some digital mockups and send them to you. From there you can choose one of those mockups, or request more (we'll do as many as necessary until we get the design right). -What if I just want to change one board and don't need to see a mockup? That's free, BUT we don't accept returns because you don't like the design if you decided to not purchase the custom color upgrade and be able to see a mockup beforehand. -Leg color change? Free. -Shelf color change? Free. Just put any of these changes in the order notes at checkout (or in a message after you order).

Sizing Customizations

-Custom sizes? Yes. Everything is made to order, so just order the next size up (for both the L and W) and put in the order notes (or message us) what you want. Ex: You want 42"x23", order 47"x23". You want 42"x24", order 47"x28". -Lower height? Free. Put it in the order notes or a message. -Higher height? Order the counter-height upgrade (even if you're just wanting a coffee table at 20") and tell us how high you want it. -Longer than 70”, or wider than 35” (if the length is over 47”)? No, sorry. So no 60” x 40”, for example. (Or, we can, but the shipping will cost as much as or more than the table).

-Want a different style/design as a table/desk but you don't see that listing? (For example: you want the Wren, but as a dining table or coffee table or something). Free. Order a table in a different style and just put it in the order notes (for example, you could order a Westley coffee table and put in the order notes or a message that you want it as the Wren with white legs). Same thing for matching side tables or a console table. -More than one shelf? Shelf at a different height? Yes and yes. An extra shelf will cost more (message us), while a shelf at a different height is free. -Drawers? Keyboard trays? Round tables? Shelving units? No, sorry! Everything is built to order and we can do lots of customizations, just let us know.

-Can I pick it up? Yes, and it will be cheaper. Message us. -How much is shipping? Free to the contiguous U.S. -Can you expedite it? Yes, message us or purchase the expediting listing under upgrades. -What type of wood is it? We use all maple hardwood, sustainably harvested from the Appalachian region of the USA. -How do you get the different colors? Wood stain. -Do you build these yourselves? Yes, we build everything in our shop in rural north Florida. The only things we don't create ourselves are the metal legs that are on a few of our listings. -Is there a coating on the table? Yes, there's a protective coating of water-based polyurethane, so you can use it (INSIDE!) like a normal table (no coasters necessary).

-- Everything is shipped via UPS, so delivery times can vary depending on location (1-5 business days). We often create labels the night before shipments, and packages are picked up from our shop after 3:00pm. -- Shipping damage? All of our shipments are completely covered by us. If your order arrives damaged please take a photo of the packaging and the damage on the table and send us a message with the images attached and our team will take care of the rest.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, but additional fees apply. To give you a good estimate we need your shipping address and the item you're looking to purchase. The shipping charge can vary depending on location, but we give you a $30 shipping credit, so you don't have to pay the full amount. We'll send you a custom listing for the extra charge.

Do you sell chairs? Do you do the table top only?

Chairs: We don't actually build or sell the chairs you see in some listings, only stools and benches. You should be able to find the chairs on Bed Bath and Beyond's website if you search "Simple Living Venice spindle chairs." Or on Overstock. At the time of writing this, one carries 4-packs, while the other carries 2-packs. Tabletop: We can do the table top only in all of our styles, however they need to be properly supported to prevent any future warping/bowing. We send each top with temporary supports but once those are removed it's the customer's responsibility to provide the proper support.

If you wish to return or exchange the items you've received for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. There’s a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping label that will be withheld from the refund. We’ll send you a shipping label and take care of requesting a pickup straight from your house. The refund will be processed once we receive the package back.

You may request a cancelation up to 7 days after you place your order for a full refund. Any cancelations after that time will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All of our sizes are as listed, but can vary by 1/4". The one exception is anything listed at 35" is cut to 34.5" due to packaging requirements. We are limited in the size of boxes we can use for shipments and this means that in order to accommodate additional packing material we have to adjust the size of the table.

This gorgeous handmade table set is so unique your friends and family are going to be saying “Wow!” The Willow dining table set is a multi-color farmhouse design, built using solid maple wood. Our custom techniques bring out the bold colors in the beautiful maple wood, and we have spent years perfecting our designs to make sure they are built to last. The legs and aprons are dual-coated with our premium white paint and are extremely easy to assemble. Bring this fun design into your home and be prepared to show it off every time someone stops by.

You can choose just the table or the table with stools or benches with either the single-color tops or the multi-color tops. The stools are 14" x 14", while the benches are 14" wide and their length is determined by the length of the table you order (they will fit between the legs on the long side of the table, with 2" clearance on each side). The table height is set at a standard 30" but can be customized to the height of your choice by using the leg height upgrade link.
