Once you place your order I will message you simple instructions on how to mail the shirts to me along with my address. You are responsible for getting the shirt to me.
You can choose your Embroidery message and color of your choice.
I will update your turnaround when your shirt(s) get here, once I finish sewing your Keepsakes I will mail them back to you Via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS.
You will get a Etsy email when your keepsakes are on the way and you can track your order on Etsy.

• Your turnaround starts when your clothe(s) arrive. I will update your turnaround time and add your order to my sewing calendar.
• Once I'm done with your order I will mail back to you via First Class, Priority Mail or Fed Ex Home Delivery.
• In a hurry please ask us to RUSH MY ORDER for a extra fee per item. Buying a rush my order will allowed me to put your order next in line, you are responsible for any extra shipping.

Yes, I will return all unused fabric left back to you, unless you tell us is ok to discard them.
