Refunds and Exchanges for custom order.

Before I send to you the one and only perfect variant of the work, you receive a preliminary sample. If there’s something you want to change about it, I keep changing until you’re completely satisfied. If you change your mind and you don’t want me to fulfill your order, you can ask for a refund in the first 24 hours after the purchase of the goods. After that, a refund can not be made. Please read the description for the product completely. That you were sure that you understand that the product is an DIGITAL image and it will be delivered to your e-mail address. After the first drawing is done there’s no return.

Can I ask for changes in process?

What if I don`t have one picture to show all my requests?

There is no need to get one perfect picture - I draw everything from scratch using my hands and imagination, so I can mix up pictures.

Portraits are made from your photos digitally. Normally it takes 3 - 5 days to have it done. It also depends on the quantity of people on the portrait.
2 - 3 working days to get the first draft + couple days to apply changes if needed, and it's done:) If you want your order to be done faster just let me know and I will do everything possible to do it on time.

What is the PROCESS of drawing a personalized portrait?

1. You make payment for the portrait.
2. Then you will receive a message from me with the next steps.
And the next step is - You email me (via Etsy message) several photos of each person and pet that will be included in the illustration. and a description (or picture) of the clothing you would like to wear in the illustration, eye color, and any other details you would like me to include.
Also tell me a little about the person in the illustration, what their personality is like.

3. I will send you a preliminary portrait via the Etsy conversation. Any changes in the process are possible. I'll make the changes you ask.

4. After your approval, I will send you the final digital files. You can print the portrait at a copy center near you.

Custom orders are welcome. Please, also let me know if you have any special orders and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

This item is a printable digital download only. NO physical item will be sent. The files of the final version of the drawing will be delivered to you via EMAIL. You can then download, save and print your portrait as many times as you like (posters, canvas, T-shirts, cups, badges, any size of paper).

Got it printed on a canvas to put up. My little boy is at awe at how he was turned into a minecraft character. He knew straight away that it was him because of the details on his t shirt, his watch..absolutely loved it.
