How long does Production Take Before an Item is Shipped Out?

Items usually spend 1-4 business days in production before they are shipped out (with the exception of digital downloads). This may differ from product to product, so please message me if you have any concerns before purchasing. During the holidays production timelines are extended to 5-7 business days. I will always do my best to have your products get to you as soon as possible. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 7 - 10 business days of ship date (USA). ***Allow a little longer for large orders and busy times such as holidays. Please message me for a more accurate estimate for your location.

How well do the listing photos represent the colors of the products?

All monitors portray colors differently. The color you see on your screen may not reflect the true color of the product. When it comes to digital products sold in my shop, you also have to keep in mind that all printers print differently, which may contribute to the color being slightly different than shown on the screen.

Can I request a custom order or customize an existing product in your shop?

Yes! I would love to help you out. If you have any ideas that would make one of my products more enjoyable for you, please let me know before you purchase it and I will customize it for you. Please note that customization may add a small amount of time to the total production time.

I have various production partners that ship certain items directly to my customers. Other items in my shop are shipped out from myself. This is why some items take longer than others. Any items crossing the border may be delayed at customs, which is beyond my control. If you have any questions, or would like an estimated delivery date for a specific item, please message me prior to purchase.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

Unfortunately not at this time. I can, however, offer you a guaranteed time frame in which your item will arrive. Please message me for any details. The shipping time depends on several factors, you location being the main one. Holidays and busy seasons may also delay shipments. Any items crossing the border may be delayed at customs, which is beyond my control. If you have any questions, or would like an estimated delivery date, please message me prior to purchase.

What are duties/taxes (customs fee)?

This is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Whether or not you will be charged this fee and how much you will be charged depends on your country.

I ordered a few items, why did they arrive separately?

I have various production partners that ship certain items directly to my customers. Other items in my shop are shipped out by myself. I do this to in order to provide customers with great products that I may not be able to produce by myself (although I design all of them) and at lower prices. Therefore, if you order a pillow and a wine bottle label, they will be shipped out from different locations and arrive separately.

There is an issue with my order, what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or with any issues whatsoever, I will make it right every time. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help me to provide a speedy resolution.
