Return and refund Issue

If the parcel is returned because the customer does not accept it, the post office leaves notice to claim it from the post office and the customer has to pick it up from the post office but the customer didn't give any response to the post office notice, not did signature for accepting parcel, give a wrong address or parcel return because problem from customer side then we do not refund your payment and you only have the option of reship parcel and you have to pay reshaping charges.
