Gift wrapping with an optional personal message is available free of charge! Just let me know at the time of ordering what your message is and where to send the parcel! :)

All items are sent via standard postage which does not include tracking facilities. If you wish to track your parcel, please opt for the delivery upgrade at checkout. If you do not choose a tracked option, please understand that once the item has been posted, it is in the hands of the postal system. Items are not deemed lost until a good number of working days have passed. Please be patient during this time. I will follow the current Royal Mail guidelines as to when a parcel is deemed lost (normally 30 working days). After this time, I can file a claim and organise for a replacement or refund to you. Please note, these situations are not the fault of the seller but I will always do my best to assist!

Awesome little lens cloth to wipe all your glasses, sunglasses and screens!

Measuring 150x180mm, the material is finished with a zig zag cut and has a lovely feel to it - made from polyester, the lens cloth is machine washable; covered in snow leopard illustrations! Made from polyester, the lens cloth is machine washable.

UK: If your parcel is time-sensitive, I recommend upgrading to Express Delivery for a Tracked 24 service.
International Orders:
Those out with the UK can choose to add tracking to their package by selecting the tracked shipping upgrade option at checkout.

Please note, Etsy seems to wildly overestimate delivery dates for overseas customers; they do not capture real-time deliveries and certainly don't take account of festive periods. The below information provides further details on what are reasonable timeframes for international deliveries:

My standard processing time is set to 1-3 business days but may be updated during holiday periods.

UK: You should be able to expect your item within 4 working days after receiving my dispatch email (unless upgrading to an Express service).

International Customers: Royal Mail attempts to deliver to most countries within 9-12 working days, but this doesn't take into account the time that a package may spend at customs, or be otherwise delayed by the mail carrier, particularly during the festive season with heavy demands on the services. Please contact me if your parcel has not arrived after 6 weeks of the dispatch date and we can get a replacement or refund organised - this is the time stipulated by Royal Mail for classing an item as lost.
