Addresses, personalization & gift messages are used exactly how they are given at the time of purchase unless told otherwise within 48 hours of purchase. PLEASE double check! We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If you've entered a PO Box please contact us with an alternative address. We may reach out if we do not hear from you and this may delay the order. If you provide the wrong shipping address Freckled Lemons is not responsible for paying for it to be reshipped nor can we replace it and postage cannot be refunded once an item attempts to ship to you. If an item is returned to me for insufficient address, USPS does not reimburse me for that shipping label in order to purchase a new one. You will need to pay for the new shipping label.

Shipping carrier delays out of our control. All packages will be in the shipping carriers' hands within my posted processing time. Some tips I've learned over the past holiday seasons: - USPS sometimes does not scan every stop along their route or may update "arriving on time" or "arriving late" with not much other information. - Definitely check in with your local post office with any questions regarding steps along the way as sometimes they are able to see things in their system that you and I can't! - If there is still not a delivery (during holiday time I usually wait an extra week just in case with delays) and no updated scans I would definitely recommend completing a missing mail search.

Delivery issues, incorrect shipping carrier scans & packages returned to sender

We are not responsible for issues that may arise with the shipping carrier. If there is a scan within carrier tracking that seems incorrect (incomplete address, return to sender, vacant, etc) You will need to contact the carrier first to see if they can correctly deliver your item. If an item is returned to sender, I am not reimbursed for that label in order to purchase a new one. You will need to pay for the new label. If your package is marked DELIVERED but you have not received it you need to 1. look around your delivery area 2. reach out to neighbors 3. contact the carrier. Once the carrier can provide proof of error a claim can be filed & replacement can be sent. If proof is not provided you can purchase replacement at a discount price

Credits for sale items

We do not give credits on past purchases where the items are now on sale. We are only able to give credits if the purchase and sale occur on the same day. We are unable to backdate credits for orders from the previous week’s sale at this time.

Freckled Lemons is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been turned over to USPS(Fedex). If the package is stolen after it's been delivered and/or package is marked as delivered but are no where in site (neighbor’s house, etc) a police report will need to be provided in order to receive a discount on a replacement (our cost + shipping).

Our doormat designs use a mix of hand painted & UV printing processes. Also, due to the material of the doormat (coir), hand painted designs may have paint settle differently throughout the design. “Cracking” or “settling lines” can sometimes appear in the paint on mats. This occurs due to the mat having a flexible backing & paint being on individual coir fibers. Some cracking is normal when the doormat is unrolled from packaging & the fibers in the area may just need a little fluff! Severe “cracking” may be due to how the package was handled in transit and a replacement claim may need to be opened.

Please follow our provided care instructions (provided above, in policies, & on your receipt) to prolong the life of your mat. The amount & types of weather and use the doormat is exposed to may determine the length of life for your design.
