Do you accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges?

I do not accept cancellations once the artwork for your order has been started. To keep my fast turnaround time, this may be within a few minutes of ordering. Please proofread personalization details, check measurements, and ask questions BEFORE submitting an order. All items are cut to order and I do not offer exchanges or returns.

I think my package is lost, what should I do?

Lost packages are *extremely* rare. *Package status has not been updated for days... This is not uncommon. Packages can be delayed/not scanned for several days and will seem 'lost'. It is not lost and will move. *Shipping estimate was 2 days, but it has been a week already... Priority Mail delivery dates are estimates are NOT guaranteed. USPS does not consider a package 'lost' until 30 days have passed. *It's been a week, can you refund/reship my order?... I do not offer refunds or replacements due to postal delays.

Tracking shows my package was delivered, but I did not get it.

Follow these steps: 1. Verify your shipping address. 2. Check your porch, between doors, mailbox, with family members, etc. 3. Ask your mail carrier, they may remember where it was delivered. 4. Contact your local post office and they can contact the carrier and/or verify GPS delivery coordinates. If it was delivered to the wrong address, they can retrieve it. 5. If you believe it was stolen, file a police report.

MATERIALS

Made from 1/4" thick Baltic birch.

Please note that signs are laser cut. This will produce a smooth, dark brown finish on the edges. Also, the piece may show burn marks and uneven coloring. The coloring is easily covered with paint or may be left as-is for a more natural, rustic look.

Wood signs can be left unfinished or painted to match your decor.
