ORDERING ∙
*Please note: When purchasing, please confirm that you are ordering for the number of households you are inviting, not the total number of guests.

1. Choose the item you wish to purchase and the correct quantity and add it to your cart.
2. Please add each item you need to the cart separately before making your final purchase.
4. Enter payment information and complete your order. We will be in touch within 3 days with your proof!


∙ PROOFS ∙

1. You will receive customized digital proofs within 3 business days from the time of purchase. These will be sent to your Etsy inbox. Please respond with your approval or revisions within 2 days.
2. You will receive free unlimited proofs - we are here to help create the perfect wedding invitations to fit your vision, and we won’t print anything until you give final approval.
• Please note, Amira Design is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect information, once the approval is received we will begin the process of printing your invitations. So please double check the invitation proof before submitting your approval.


∙ PRODUCTION ∙

1. Once approved, your order will be sent to print, which can take between 5-7 business days.
2. Once we receive your order back from the print shop, we will complete any further production (lining the envelopes, preparing belly bands, packaging your order, etc) within 5 business days.
3. We always work hard to complete orders as fast as we can, so we will ship early whenever possible!
4. We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States, We use USPS priority shipping which is typically 2-4 days for delivery

∙ WANT TO PAY A DEPOSIT FIRST? ∙

We understand that this is a big purchase for your wedding, and it might be a little more comfortable for you to be assured of what you will be receiving before you pay for everything in full. If you would like to move forward with this option, just choose ‘Deposit to begin order (first payment)’ in the dropdown menu in this listing. The deposit is $100, and is non-refundable.

We will send you the invitation questionnaire, once it is received we will begin your invitation order, we will send you a digital proof for your review and approval. Once it is approved, you will need to purchase your full suite, we will send you a custom listing for the balance deducting the $100.00 deposit amount

All items are digitally printed on smooth matte white 110 lb. cardstock. The ink will create a slight sheen on the surface of the paper.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS ∙

If for any reason you need to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours from when the original order was placed for a full refund. After proofs have been sent for approval (but before anything is sent to print), you may cancel your order for a 75% refund. Once your proofs have been approved, they will be sent to print and cancellations are no longer accepted for any reason.

Amira Design is not responsible for any misspelled words or incorrect information. Please triple-check your proofs for any mistakes and correct date, time, and venue information. If you receive your order and realize something is incorrect, please contact us about reordering.
