Returns Policy If you receive a product, which is damaged, or defunct then we will be happy to provide replacement or refund. Goods should be inspected immediately for damage, in front of the courier (if possible) and if found to be damaged reported to us within 24 hours quoting the order number. Please note this does not include damage or defect caused by accident, misuse or neglect by the customer. Please, note that we do not accept returns or exchanges if the urn is too small to hold the ashes or if another colour is preferred after receiving the urn. KEEPING THE URN OUTSIDE OR IN A COLUMBARIUM NICHE (DISCLAIMER)

Most of our models are suitable for keeping outside or in a columbarium niche. Please note the following: Always keep the urn at dry place, without any access to water or humidity. If the urn is situated outdoors, it should be under shelter, so it is away from snow, rain or humidity. Water or other liquid can soak into the urn if it is not sealed well and can end in cracking if it freezes. Columbarium niches should also be isolated from water, humidity or rain. Do not bury the urn; Do not immerse the urn in any liquid. Do not fill the urn with water. Pulvis Art Urns (Pulvis Ltd.) will not bear any responsibility if any damage to the urn is caused, because of improper keeping.

KEEPING THE URN AT HOME(DISCLAIMER)

Our urns are designed and suitable mostly for keeping at home. Please, note: Keep urn out of the reach of children and pets. Keep urn on a stable surface, without a risk of tipping over and breaking. Keep away from fire, water or humidity. Do not use any chemicals to clean the urn. Urns can be cleaned with dry soft cloth only. Candles Some of our products do have a special place for a candle. Please, note: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Pulvis Art Urns (Pulvis OOD) will not bear any responsibility if any damage is caused by improper use of our productss or of the candles in our products.

Since each urn made by Pulvis Art Urns is entirely handmade, there might be some minor variations in the color (finish) of the product compared to the original photos in our website. As glazing our products depend on variety of factors, we cannot guarantee that every urn will be exactly as shown on the photos, but we do our best to minimize the difference, if such occurs. Please, make sure your monitor is properly calibrated and you check our product photos on at least two different devices. Some minor cosmetic imperfections may also occur. I love the way this urn looks. It’s a unique urn for a unique person. I wanted something that looks like decoration and I love that the light can be set in the middle. The only set back is that once this is sealed it would be hard to open back up if you were wanting to do jewelry with the ashes. The ashes are loose inside so if it were to be opened after being sealed you may have to get another urn. So make sure you get your jewelry before the transfer and maybe even a keepsake urn to have just in case you decide to do more.

I can't even really put into words the quality, uniqueness of my son's urn. It's everything my son was/is. He'll still be a light in my heart & our home. I plan on using the battery operated "tea candle" so that I don't have to worry about heat or putting the light out in the urn. I'm way stocked up on the lights...lol... This has rocked my very foundation to its core & I truly appreciate not just this beautiful piece, but also how quickly it arrived. It was also packed to the T to keep it safe, thank you! :)
