Our Photo Table Names are perfect Travel Theme Wedding Decor to include the places that mean the most to you.

The table cards feature your own photos and include the place names of your choice, along with your wording below the table names.

The table names can be anything that you choose; why not choose favourite towns, cities or countries, favourite restaurants, street names or anything that is special to you.

● Printed onto cardstock 350gsm / 130 lb.
● Custom made using your choice of table names, numbers or other wording.
● We will send you a preview image before completing your order.
● Stands are not included, but available from our store, see link below.

PRODUCT OPTIONS

We will create your design based on the information that you provide when ordering. We provide a proof before printing your order. The print options are printed and shipped to you.

Size options:


● 5x7 inch (127x178mm)
● A5 (148mm x 210mm) (approx 5.8 x 8.2 inch)

Printing options:

Single sided: Your table card design will be printed on one side of the card, the back of the card is the unprinted card.

Double-sided: Your table card will be printed with the same design on both sides of the card.



HOW TO ORDER

Please use the drop-down boxes to select the number of different cards you would like. Then select the printed card size, and if you would like them printed single sided or double sided.


SENDING YOUR DETAILS

To personalise your order please enter the details into the personalisation box or send the details in an Etsy conversation message or email the details directly to us at files @ noordinaryemporium.com (remove spaces). Please include your order number for reference.

PRODUCT OPTIONS

This product can be purchased as a printed item that is shipped to you, or as a personalised digital file to print yourself.



PHOTO RECOMMENDATIONS

● Email your photos to files @ noordinaryemporium.com (remove spaces next to @ sign), including your order number for reference.
● Send your photos as email attachments or share an online drive. We are not able to use photos in PDFs or Docs.
● Phone screenshots are not recommended. Please download the photo and attach it to an email.
● If possible, rename your photo to include the table name.
● For best results, use the original photo or a high resolution photo. Photos taken in daylight are ideal.
● Avoid dark or small photos as this may impair the print quality.
● For best results, ensure the subject of the photos is central/towards the bottom. Avoid photos with faces close to the top/edges.
● Please ensure that you have permission to use the images you supply; all images received will be deemed as permitted for use on the design.
● We are unable to print logos or brand names.

DISPLAYING YOUR CARDS

If you are using a card holder, we recommend one that holds the card securely at the bottom.
The cards will stand up on their own if they are placed directly on the table, leaned against a vase, etc.

PERSONALISED DIGITAL FILE OPTION

Prefer to print yourself? We create your custom design in 2 - 5 business days and provide you with a print-ready digital file for local or online printing.

~A proof is always sent for your approval before finalising your design.
~Important: Please let us know your intended print size at the time of ordering.
~Digital files are provided as high-resolution (300dpi) print-ready PDFs, JPGs, or PNGs.
~Files are delivered conveniently via DropBox.
~Note: Our digital files are not templates and are not editable by you.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS

● Making your design - After receiving your order and all details required to create it, we will start work on your design. Our turnaround times differ per product.
● Proof images - As soon as your design is ready we will send you a digital proof image for you to check over. This is typically a few days before the dispatch date.
● Design edits - Orders include one set of changes with a follow-up proof image. Further changes will incur an additional fee.
● Proof approval - We require proof approval before finalising an order.
● Colour accuracy - Differences in colour setup of computer and mobile device screens mean that printed colours may not be identical to your proof.

DELIVERY

Please ensure you allow at least one week between the latest estimated delivery date and your event. Delivery dates shown are estimates, and occasional delays can occur in transit.

We want to make sure your order arrives in plenty of time for your special occasion, so this extra buffer helps account for any unforeseen delays.

Delivery in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland:

● Standard delivery: Royal Mail. After the item is dispatched, the aim is to deliver in 3-8 working days.
● Tracked: Royal Mail Tracked. After the item is dispatched, the aim is to deliver in 2-5 working days.
● Express: Royal Mail Special Delivery / Courier. After the item is dispatched, the aim is to deliver in 1-3 working days.
Please note that these timings are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International delivery:

**** USA DELIVERIES ****

There are new USA import tariffs being introduced. Please take note of any messages from your carrier UPS or DHL requesting payment before your item can be delivered.

● Customs - When your shipped item reaches your country it will go through customs to be checked if you need to pay duties and VAT on the imported item.
You will be contacted by the shipping carrier if you need to pay any duties or VAT and how to pay them before you can receive your item.
As a seller, we cannot pay any applicable charges for you. Please check your government's website for up to date details.
● Please provide a delivery contact telephone number when ordering.
● We typically use the shipping carriers UPS and Fed Ex but choose the best option for your item and the quickest carrier available to us at the time of shipping. The delivery aim is approximately 6 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please add the item to your cart and check the cart page for the estimated delivery time. All international deliveries include a tracking number, and their position can be tracked fully once it has been exported from our country, which is usually 2 - 4 business days after dispatch. Please note that we are unable to post to Military addresses, due to carrier restrictions.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

● Delivery - Please allow at least one week between the last delivery date and your event. We recommend a week or more as delivery dates are estimated and unfortunately delays can occur.
● Please note that printed colours may vary from what you see on your screen as all screens are set up differently. If you would like to see the printed colour, please order a sample first.
● Please note that no changes can be made to an order once it has been approved for printing.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS
● The paper/card that we use for products are FSC Certified using an Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) process and produced to the ISO14001 standard.
● We package the products in all-board cardboard envelopes made from recycled card.
● We avoid using plastic wherever possible.
