Returns and exchange details

The items are packed carefully for shipping. I can not control the delivery, therefore I do not issue refunds for damages to third parties, the refund is provided only if it depends on my negligence. Should your order arrive damaged in any way please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage and I will arrange for either a refund or replacement. The item must be returned in its original condition and the cost of returning the item will be your responsability. Recorded delivery would be recommended to ensure that it arrives safely. Once received, refunds will be processed within 3 working days. Check the address you registered on Etsy before proceeding with the purchases delivered to the wrong address!

All items in the store are shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment, if purchased on weekends will be sent the following Monday, on holidays the items are not sent. In case of delays in the shipment I will contact you immediately. I am based in Italy and all items shipping within the Italy will be posted via "Posta1", all items shipping outside of the Italy will be posted via "Postapriority Internazionale" Please note that the standard shipping does not allow you to track your item, if you wish to track your order, select the shipping upgrade at the time of purchase.
