What materials do you use for your products?

We use high-quality materials, including shed-free glitter card stock, premium acrylic, and durable accessories. Each item is handcrafted with care to ensure the best quality for your special event.

How should I handle and care for delicate acrylic items?

Our acrylic pieces are beautiful but fragile! 💎 To keep them looking their best: • Handle with clean, dry hands—acrylic can scratch easily. • Store flat or upright in a safe place away from heat and sunlight. • Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth; do not use alcohol or harsh cleaners, as they may damage the finish. • If your item has mirror or painted details, avoid rubbing those areas. We package every order with care, but once it’s out of our hands, gentle handling is key! 🧼✨

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Because all items are made to order, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. If you need to edit names, colors, or details, please message me within 1 hour of ordering, and I’ll do my best to help before your item goes into production.
