How long will it take for my order to ship?

All of our products in our shop will ship within 1-2 business days, unless noted out of stock. If a bulk order was placed, shipping can typically take 1-4 business days and you will be notified if there is a change in processing time.

Where do I put my personalization / text request for personalized items?

You can put your personalization / text request for personalized items in the "add a note to DesignsByHarubin" box located on the checkout/my cart page if you do not see the personalization box on the item page. You can also message us your personalization / text request with your order number.

Can I order a custom watch band to fit my wrist and how do I tell you my wrist size?

Yes, you can order a custom watch band to fit your exact wrist size if it does not fit our standard size, which can be found in the description of the item. A custom size can be smaller or larger than our standard size. You can add your wrist size in the "add a note to DesignsByHarubin" box located on the checkout/my cart page or you can also message us your wrist size with your order number. We will then be able to create your watch band to your exact wrist size while still allowing room for future adjustments.

Do you offer bulk order/quantity discounts?

Yes, if you are looking to order a large quantity of items please contact us for bulk discounts and we can create a custom quote for your exact order!

How do I see the exact size or dimension of an item?

The sizing of each of our products can be found in the item descriptions by clicking the +More button and scrolling through the description. It will state the sizes under either "Sizing" or "Dimensions" depending on which item you are viewing. If you have any questions about the sizing of our products please message us and we will respond as soon as possible.

-Our leather iphone cases are handmade with very high quality full grain Wickett & Craig Traditional Harness Leather. Wickett & Craig is a world premiere tannery that has been around since 1867, operating out of Pennsylvania. Each case has the option of choosing thread, which is stitched with polyester waxed thread to give a traditional look. The piece of leather is permanently secured to a high grade TPU case. The TPU case features raised buttons for easy clicking for the volume controls and lock button, as well as, etched sides for better grip.

**PERSONALIZATION REQUIREMENTS:**
-We are able to stamp your iphone case with up to 9 characters including capital or lowercase letters, numbers, and available symbols below.
-Personalization is stamped in the bottom right corner of the phone case. (As shown in the photos.) If you would like your personalization done in a different location please state your personalization in the box as well as, where you would like it stamped.
-Symbols available to stamp: (Ampersand) &, (Plus) +, (Dash) –, (Slash) /, (Colon) :, (Period) ., (Comma) ,, (Apostrophe) ‘, (Hashtag) #, (Explanation Point) !
-For the 3 different heart options: If you are adding a heart to your text request, then in the personalization box, please leave where you would like your heart placed and the number heart. For example: "DMK (heart 1)" OR "NH (heart 2) DK"
