Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders are not returnable. If a photograph has been provided and does not provide a reasonably clear picture, I will discuss the order with you ahead of production. Please contact me at your first convenience should your custom order arrive damaged.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Most of the items shipped are already packed into a a gift box and finished with decorative Washi tape. Even if the purchase is for you, we all deserve to enjoy the thrill of opening a package. Generally, items costing less than $8 are packaged in an organza bag. All items are shipped in bubble-padded envelopes. Larger orders are boxed appropriately.

Returns and Reimbursement of Shipping Fees

If a return is agreed to, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the item is received and inspected for damage, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price, LESS shipping charges. DAMAGES: US Shipments - Returns made due to damage in transit - a FULL refund will be issued including original shipping charges.

Exchanges and Reimbursement of Shipping Fees

At the end of the day, I want a happy customer that will be satisfied with their purchase. Please reach out to me for any reason if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. If an exchange is agreed to, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the item is received and inspected for damage, an exchange will be processed. For all exchanges, I will create a custom listing to cover the additional shipping charges. I will not ship the replacement exchange until said charges have been paid.

My Shipping Costs Seem Excessive

My shop utilizes the Calculated Shipping feature within Etsy. Shipping costs are determined based on information I have provided for each item. For multiple item purchases, there are occasionally instances where shipping charges are over calculated. Should this happen, please know that you will receive a refund for the excessive shipping charges.

Care Instructions for Jewelry

As with all costume jewelry pieces, my items are not made from precious metals. This means they can be damaged through the course of normal wear. Follow these precautions when wearing these pieces or any others you may own: 1. Don't wear items in the shower or while washing dishes. The image charms (both bracelets and earrings) are not waterproof. 2. Apply lotions and perfumes at least 15 minutes in advance of putting on your jewelry. 3. Stainless steel is used when possible to prevent tarnishing. Buffing cloths will help retain the luster of your jewelry.

Due to the stringent shipping requirements put in place by the EU, I have decided not to ship to member countries of the EU. There are no exceptions.

A special note on the "Free Shipping". I don't offer free shipping on SINGLE ITEM purchases. I do, however, offer free shipping on orders OVER $35 when purchased as a single transaction. Why? First and foremost, it really isn't free. If I did offer free shipping on all orders regardless of the transaction total, the cost of my items would need to increase proportionally to cover the expense. I would rather offer my items at a fair price from the start. For those orders that total more than $35, I can absorb the shipping costs more easily with less impact to my success. I do refund shipping costs if the actual package weight is significantly less than the expected weight.

Such a pretty little ornament! You can see the personality in the pose & face of the lion! I fell in love with lion dance when I saw my first one at a Chinese New Year celebration I had gone to, with my best friend, a couple of years ago. I lost my best friend to heart trouble the following year. When I place this sweet lion on my tree this Christmas, it will remind me of my dear friend & the fun time we had, celebrating the lunar new year, they year.
