WOW! I ordered a ring and liked a different one better. I also wanted 24k gold. Being a person who wants his customers to be happy Eric changed his routine to suit my request. Eric is amazing and so is his craftsmanship. I recommend everyone to look at his merchandise and even ask for variations. He likes what he does and is really good applying his skills to meet the needs of his clients. This ring is EXACTLY what I had imagined. Beautiful! Thank you Sir!

Response from Eric Boler

I am so sorry to hear your package is missing! I wish I would have known about this sooner; as it has been around two months since the package was marked as delivered and signed for at the shipping address listed on your order, it becomes quite a bit more difficult to track down the package. However, I reached out a few days ago via Etsy Messages as soon as I saw this review to offer what advice I can at this point. Please rest assured – I guarantee orders will be delivered (as indicated by tracking information) or I will offer a replacement or full refund; if an item is marked as delivered by the mail carrier but you have not received it, please contact me as quickly as possible so I can help you track down the package or offer other advice to help remedy the situation.
