What about returns, you can return the sculpture, but shipping is covered by customer, it's about 40 USD for a standard size sculpture.
There are new import laws in EU, so customs want some fees from every package that arrives in EU. If you are in EU and you are not ready to pay the fee and want to cancel the order after it arrived to your country, there are 2 possibilities of solving the situation. First is sending the package back. I need to pay your fee instead of you, then delivery to my country and customs fee of my country. So the refund will be without these amounts. Second is parcel disposal. There will be no refund.

- A refund is possible if the goods arrived in a damaged condition. Or exchange of goods at the expense of the seller.
- If another product has erroneously arrived to you, you can request a refund or exchange at the seller’s expense.
