HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We are happy to accept a purchase made on our online shop back within 30 days upon receiving of an item. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and filled out Returns & Exchanges form. We do not cover shipping costs. Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, please make sure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make a refund if the shipment is lost in the post. We will return the money as soon as we receive the shipment back.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We are happy to exchange an item bought on our website with a new size within 30 days upon receiving of an item. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and filled out Returns & Exchanges form. We will send you a requested size or model as soon as we receive your order back. We will ask you to cover the shipping costs of sending the jewelry back to us while we will cover the shipping costs of the exchange size to be shipped to you. Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, please make sure that the items reach us safely. We highly advise you to use tracked post.

WHAT ADDRESS SHOULD I USE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Please send us the items to our mailing box at: NO MORE accessories T. SEVCENKOS str. 16J-125, 03111 Vilnius, Lithuania Please make sure to send us tracking number at ask@nomoreaccessories.com together with order number and information for product return or exchange to ensure speedy service and refund. We will not be responsible if the shipment is lost in the post and does not reach us. In such case we will not be able to exchange the item or refund for it. If you are returning items from outside the EU, make sure to write “RETURNED GOODS” on the shipping box. Otherwise it will get stuck in the customs and the refund process will be dragged out significantly.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I’M RETURNING AN ITEM?

We will return the money as soon as we receive the shipment back. We will return full price paid for the goods minus the shipping costs. To see shipping types and rates please see ORDERS & SHIPPING. We will use the rate according to the shipping method you picked when making the purchase. In case you had a free shipping rate we will use tracked post rate between 2 - 4 EUR depending on your region. The funds will be returned to the same account or card depending on the type of your payment. Once we have received the items, your refund will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. Once we have issued your refund, you will receive a notification by email. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for the funds to reach your account.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. It can take up to 24 hours from the shipping day for your tracking number to appear in the courier's system depending on the courier you chose. If you haven’t received shipping confirmation e-mail within 2 business days - please check your spam inbox and if it’s not there - give us a shout at ask@nomoreaccessories.com.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS NOT ARRIVING?

CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?

If you’re ordering a gift for your buddy or a loved one we will be happy to gift wrap it for you and include a hand written post card with a message from you. Just give us a shout at ask@nomoreaccessories.com and let us know your order number and what you’d like us to write on a post card.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED WORNG ITEM?

No worries, just send us an email at ask@nomoreaccessories.com with the information of mixed products and we will sort the mix-up as soon as possible. We will be sure to include a little present for you as an apology.
