Because of our current workload, we are unable to provide customized samples at this time. A fully custom sample is however included in your full order, once you unofficially approve your digital proofs.

Samples are mailed within 3 business days from purchase via usps first class mail, samples ship free within the US and to Canada for a cost.
First class mail will reach most US destinations within one week from shipping, shipments to Canada 3 weeks and may take longer if stopping in customs. Should you not receive your sample within 7 business days from shipping (nationally) or 15 business days (internationally) please contact us and we will reship free of charge.

Just received my sample invitation this week and it is so beautiful! The quality of the cards, the quick responses/professionalism and the customization that this designer offers is unmatched. They even offer free address printing. Can't wait until we receive our personal invitations for our wedding!

Gorgeous invite, but it took a LONG time to ship. Not just the fact that it took a while to get here, but it took much longer than what the shop owner has disclaimed to even send out out the door. Once we received it, we actually loved the invite and wanted to place an order to the tune of $1000. We messaged the owner to start the order and several weeks later, still have not received a reply. I honestly wish I did not waste my money on this sample, and I will most likely order from Minted at this point.

Hi Nikki! We are glad to hear you loved the Passionate design! Your sample was ordered Sept 17 which was a Friday. All our samples are shipped within 3 to 5 business days and yours was shipped on the 23rd so on the 4 business day. The sample took about 9 business days to get to you which is also within the timeframes we disclaim on all our listings.
