How do I find what I need...and what if I am not sure of what I need?

Shop for YOUR Jewelry Supplies one of two ways! Either browse our shop OR contact us and we can send you the links to what you are looking for. We have a FULL shop and know that it can sometimes be hard to find what you need. Not sure what sizes or quantities to order? Contact us with your questions and we will be happy to share our knowledge and experience with you. We enjoy making EXACTLY the right components for your handmade jewelry and after a consultation and quote, can create a custom listing for your Unkamen Supplies. Want a little of THIS and a little of THAT? Check out our samplers or we can create a sampler just for YOU!

I am an International Customer. What shipping service do you use and what about duty?

Orders are shipped USPS. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not mark international orders as "gift", or with any value other than the amount you pay; we could face heavy fines and/or lose our business license. YOU are responsible for all TAXES and DUTY owed. Please check with YOUR countries laws about restrictions and thresholds. You may want to consider keeping your order values low.

The tracking says my order was delivered but I don't have it. Help?

It doesn't happen often but packages are sometimes mis-delivered. We recommend that you check the following: -members of your household -neighbors -postal carrier -local post master If you are not successful in recovering your package, please contact us and we will work with you to find it/replace it/reship it.

Wholesale availability

No, sorry, but we are a small shop of artisans, although we do offer discounts and run promotions. Check out our shop announcements or Social Media for current offers.

Custom and personalized orders

We love custom requests and look forward to working with you to make your purchase uniquely yours.

Why hasn't my order shipped?

Many of our items are handmade, to order just for you. We even cut custom lengths of our wire and customize commercially made products. Let us know your deadline when you check out or contact us with your "jump ring emergency" and we will get your order completed on time.

Supplies for making crafts
Materials: sticky bead mat

This small Sticky Bead Mat is a BIG help when you are working with Small beads, jump rings or findings! This mat will keep them from rolling all over the place! It measures 3 1/4 inches X 5 1/2 inches ( 8.5 cm X 14.5 cm). This mat has a sticky surface but leaves no residue. Just rinse under water and dry to refresh the sticky surface. It is lightweight and flexible.

We use them to keep our Shaggy Beads corralled as we have pictured here....and will send you a sample of them with this mat!

You guys have to get this! This is so much fun. I have a small desk in my bedroom that I'm hoping to avoid cluttering so this deskmat is perfect. This is NOT a sticker type print that will peel off or wear off in the future. Lisa changed the pink to purple and matched my quilt perfectly. I smile every time I look at it.
