2. Check with family members – sometimes someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight
3. Ask the delivery postal worker where he/she left the package
4. (The most effective tip) call your local post office to see if it is sitting there. If not, ask them if they can check their delivery gps to find out exactly where it was delivered.

I have had more than one package in the past marked as delivered and then showed up actually a few days later for whatever reason.

If the package still cannot be located, and may have been stolen, I will help you file a claim with USPS once you obtain a copy of the police report.

You will be able to see the expected ship date under each listing, before placing your order, and on your invoice after you completed the order. The turnaround time will vary between one to three weeks, depending on the seasons or current volume of orders. If you need an item sooner, we do have a Rush Order option and expedite shipping is available.

No, A custom order item is made according to the specifications of the buyer and is considered unique or one-of-a-kind. Due to the custom nature of my items, I have a NO RETURNS & exchange policy for all custom made orders.

Buyer can asked for a proof/ preview of the name, monogram etc by leaving a note in the order or message us.
